Shipping & Returns

At Lincks Clothing & Shoes, we want you to shop with full confidence. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, our straightforward return policy ensures a smooth process.


1. Return Policy Summary

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Restocking Fee: $0 (We do not charge restocking fees).

  • Return Method: By Mail only.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (Order number or confirmation email).

  • The request is made within the 30-day window.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.


3. How to Start a Return

We currently accept returns exclusively by mail. Follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send a message to help@lincksclothing.com.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  3. Photos: If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.

  4. Instructions: Our team will provide the return shipping address and specific instructions within 1-2 business days.

Note: We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the shipping service of their choice.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Choice (Size, Color, Change of Mind): The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Lincks Clothing & Shoes will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a faulty item.


5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, we are usually unable to modify or cancel it. If you no longer want your items, please wait for the delivery and follow the standard return process outlined above for a full refund.
